For many years now the Society has been transcribing Essex Parish Registers.
Burials
The Burial registers for every Church of England church in Essex were transcribed over many years as part of the National Burials Index. These transcriptions are available for members to search in our Genealogy Database.
Christenings & Marriages
These are currently being transcribed. Many registers have been done and many more remain to be done.
