If you find an entry matching your own interest note the Membership Number from the Member column. If there is an
link alongside this number, you may click on it to send an e-mail to the member
who submitted the information.
'Bad Email' indicates the member's email address held in the database has proven to be incorrect. Members can update
their email address by selecting Member's Profile on the Members Menu.
To contact a member not having an link you should send a letter with your enquiry
enclosed in a sealed envelope with "Member No......" written in the top left hand corner.
The envelope should be enclosed in a covering envelope and sent to
"Members Interest Forwarding Services, ESFH Research Centre, c/o Essex Record Office, Wharf Road,
Chelmsford, Essex CM2 6YT".
Your enquiry will be forwarded to the chosen member. Please double check that your envelope shows the membership
number of the person you are wanting to contact otherwise the letter can not be delivered correctly!
